 “ I’m Kuldeep Shikari, as one of the founding directors, I oversee all aspects of production, client management, and creative supervision, ensuring that every project meets our studio’s standards of excellence and artistic integrity. ” 

  With extensive experience in animation production, creative direction, and project execution, I act as the central link between clients, artists, and the technical team — turning ideas into visually compelling and well-structured outcomes. My role spans from concept planning and team coordination to final delivery, ensuring that each project reflects our commitment to quality, innovation, and storytelling. 

 “I’m Rucha Shikari, Director and Head of Technology at Organic Animation Studios Pvt. Ltd. I oversee all technical development and supervise our technology-driven projects to ensure seamless production and innovation.” 

 As one of the founding directors, I lead all technology-driven initiatives within the company — from game development in Unity and Unreal Engine to web platforms, LMS systems with gamification, mobile apps, and AI-powered solutions. 

 At Organic Animation Studios, I’m dedicated to driving innovation across every project — ensuring our creative teams have the technical support and infrastructure needed to deliver world-class animation, VFX, and interactive digital experiences. 

 In addition to my leadership role at the studio, I also serve as an Instructor at Organic Studios Academy, where I train and mentor aspiring students in game development, technology integration, and digital production techniques. Through education and practical guidance, I strive to empower new talent with the skills needed to excel in the evolving animation and tech industry.
